   “Fan Experience Concept” or "Nashville SC Pro Rewards Concept" is a student academic project created for educational demonstration purposes only. It is not a commercial product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nashville SC, Spotify, or any other third party referenced in mock content.

2. Information We Collect
   This app is designed as a local prototype.

• No account registration is required.

• We do not collect or request personal information such as name, email address, phone number, payment information, or biometric data.

• All interactions such as points, votes, challenges, and simulated proximity events exist solely within the app experience.

3. How Information Is Used
   Data entered or generated inside the app is used only to:

• Display demonstration functionality

• Update mock reward states

• Support interface and feature simulations

The app does not use data for marketing, profiling, analytics, or advertising.

4. Data Storage and Transmission
   All app state is stored locally on the user’s device for demonstration purposes.
   No user data is transmitted to external servers.
   This project does not operate a production backend and does not sell, share, or monetize user information.

5. Location and Proximity Features (UWB Concept)
   This app includes a simulated Ultra-Wideband proximity concept for educational purposes.

• The feature demonstrates how proximity-based activation could function.

• It is not intended for continuous tracking.

• If device-level permissions are required by the operating system, they are used solely to enable the simulated feature.

• No location or proximity data is stored externally.

6. Third-Party Services
   This prototype does not intentionally integrate third-party advertising SDKs or analytics services.
   Any operating-system-level diagnostic or crash reporting services are governed by the platform provider’s privacy policies.

7. Children’s Privacy
   This app is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
   We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security
   Because this is a local educational prototype, all functionality is contained within the application environment. However, no software environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Intellectual Property Notice
   All names, logos, trademarks, and brand references related to Nashville SC, Spotify, or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
   Their inclusion is solely for academic concept demonstration. No affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership is implied.
